Piano shawl, Piano scarf I have always loved to run across a piano or player piano that had a lovely piano shawl or piano scarf. These were throwbacks to the Victorian era when a piece of furniture was not complete until it had some textile covering it. I loved the crocheted versions and the rich velvety fabric ones, too. That is what these are. I wish I could have someone crochet you one, but I have found someone who can custom make the fringe lined, tassel studded velveteen version. I have one on each piano in the showroom. They can be made in any fabric you like or just pick one from our present selection. Supply is limited to the ones we have made up at any time. It will take us 3-6 weeks to make one specially for your piano. Give us the measurement of the top of your piano and what do you want in the way of fringe or gimp. Select one of our patterns or make one of your own. You can buy similar ones on Ebay for $200 and up. Most styles price $100.00
