2. Accordian pneumatic valve box

This is the standard valve box found in almost every Duo Art.  This is before.  All metal is dirty and there was marking on the box before we painted it.  It is dismantled and sanded on all four sides.  One side has the bleeds and is open for access to the pouches and valve feet.

Open the pouch chamber and see the valve feet and pouches. One valve foot and valve is removed.

Dismantling of the valve block and crash valve. Pouch board has been sanded for sealing pouch wells and replacing of the pouches. The valves will also be refaced.

This unit had problems with number 1 accordian and when I opened it up I found out why. There was a large wad of red fuzz from the breather felt that had been sucked in. It may have been that way from the factory as no work was ever done on this box before me.
