I was tired of feeling sick and tired. Aren’t you? Aren’t you tired of fearing that dread disease that killed your family members? And you just know you will wake up some morning and discover you have it. Today there are two places we all frequently visit that can truly damage our health. Those are your grocery store and any restaurant you ever visited.
The solution is to make a few changes in your diet. Become a Nutritarian. That is someone who chooses their food for the higher levels of nutrients in it.
Diet is not something you eat until you get skinny. It is everything you eat on a regular basis…and the right diet will also make and keep you fit and trim automatically.
Everyone now knows that the Hunter/Gatherer (HG) diet as eaten by ancient communities–our ancestors– contained way more than the 100% Recommended daily amounts of all the micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, phytosterols, plant polysaccharides and omega 3 fatty acids. And everyone also knows that our SAD (Standard American Diet) contains only a fraction of those daily recommended amounts.
Yes it will cost more to eat the HG diet of beautiful organic, colorful vegetables and fruits. But make no mistake, whether you eat those or eat imitation foodlike stuff, you ARE Going to pay the price.
You will pay the price now for real organic food and real food supplementation that restores your health, vitality, digestion, memory. mood, and brain function or you will pay the price for doctors’ visits, prescription drugs, surgeries, hospital stays, physical therapy, time missed from work, forced early retirement, and nursing home care…and just think of the time away from the family members you want to spend time with. Your kids will also pay the price of caring for you once you are disabled by all those avoidable illnesses.
Plus—you taught your kids to eat what they eat. Will they experience the same disabilities as you have by eating the SAD (Standard American Diet) imitation foods that made you sick in the first place?
