The bellows on a Mason & Hamlin are more complex than most reed organs.  Most of these are the before job with the one at the end being the after.  Sorry I cannot find any during shots.  Perhaps some will turn up.

And the top of the bellows table, half of which had to be made new.  It was all cracked up even before we had to separate it from the bellows.
